Updates

The CCS rates for 2022 new financial year have been added to the program. Please note the updated rates do not take effect till 11 July 2022

Billing Payment screen Status

The correct list of payment status types is now available on the Billing > Payments screen.

Updates to Debt Report

For larger businesses, the Debt report was timing out during generation.  The performance of the report has been improved to avoid this issue.

Outstanding CCS Report

After releasing to all the report failed to run. The report now generates error free. More information on this report can be found here - Outstanding CCS Report

Enhancements

Child Name on Transactions

The child name associated with Session Fee transactions is now displayed on both the Account - Billing Transactions screen, and business Billing Transactions screen.

Statement Period Dates on bulk Statements

Now on the Billing Statements screen, you will see the statement period dates used in the run underneath the Description column.

Updates to Occupancy Totals Report

Unnecessary wording has been removed from the 'Totals' line in the report to stop it from extending to far to the right and be more manageable.

Errored tile on Subsidies Tracking

If you go to the Subsidies > Subsidies Tracking screen, the 'Errored' tile will now always show ALL errored sessions, not only the ones within the specified date below the tiles. This will ensure that historical errored sessions can be picked up immediately.

Billing limit on Accounts

Added to the Billing > Accounts screen is a column that shows the limit that has been entered for each account (if there is one entered)

Audit details added to Contracts

Child contracts will now display the Created By and date as well as the Last Modified By and date information.
