Parents: How to Check my child in and out with the Kiosk

The Kiosk is used to mark your child as absent or attending for the day and capture the point in time that care of your child is transferred to the child care centre.


When you get to the Kiosk, you will be prompted to enter your phone number.  Home or work numbers will need the area code.




Enter your phone number and select the green tick.  If you are a contact on multiple family accounts at the Centre, you will need to choose which account you are checking in/out children from.



Enter your kiosk PIN number and select the green tick.  If this is your first day, you will need to set up a PIN with the Centre Director.




The Check In/Out screen will then display your child or children. From here you can:

  • Check your child or children in for the day
  • Check your child or children out for the day
  • Report an Absence for your child

 

Select the action that you want to perform by clicking the appropriate button.  You will then see a Success message to confirm how you have marked the child.




Select Finished! to end your session on the Kiosk.
