Manage your Employee Time Log

Time logs can be created for employees to track their hours worked. 



Staff Time Log 
Manage and oversee staff time entries and timesheets

Create a Time Log

From the Employees area of the menu, select Time Log.

Select + Add Time Entry

You will be prompted to enter:

  • Date of the shift
  • Employee name 
  • Employee's position - the correct position will automatically display once the employee has been selected
  • Type of hours entered - Shift or Training
  • In and Out times

Enter the required information and Save.

When the time log has been successfully created, you will see the employees time log shown on the screen, and the total hours will be shown in the Total column to the right. 

Note: Time Entries cannot be created for a date in the future or on the current day with a time that has not passed i.e: a Time Entry cannot be created for the current day at 11:00am when the shift is not ending until 3:00pm.
