Directors are able to approve, deny or edit Time Off requests from their employees in Kangarootime. Directors can also record a Time Off request on behalf of an employee.

Record Time Off on Behalf of an Employee
Navigate to the Employees area of the menu, select Time Off from the drop down options.
To record a Time Off request on behalf of an Employee:
Select a view for the Business or Centre according to where the Time Off request needs to be recorded.
Click + Add Time Off
Complete all mandatory fields and click Save
Once the time off request has been created, you will see this on the calendar in a green outline with the employee's name
Note:
Your own name will not be available in the drop down menu, any Time Off records for yourself need to be made via the My Time Off option in the user account menu.
Any staff that have an Administrator or Account owner Role will be available in the Business screen. Any other roles will be available via the Centre screen.
Accept Time Off Request
To accept a Time Off request submitted by an Employee:
Select a view for the Business or Centre according to where the Time Off request needs to be reviewed
Select the Time Off request
Click Approve or Deny or Edit to change any details linked to the request
If Edit selected, change the relevant details and click Save
Once this has been approved, the employee will be able to see that their Time Off has been approved in their My Time Off calendar.
