Disabling Direct Debit for a Family Account

If a family needs to stop having direct debits removed from their account, you can do this by disabling the Direct Debit option for them.

From the Family Account profile, select the Billing tab.

To disable their regular payments, go to the Direct debit box that currently says ON on the right, and select Manage.

The Direct debit Configuration will display Direct debit Enabled with a green on switch, click the switch to change to a grey off switch and select Save.

You will note that the Direct Debit box now displays as OFF.  No more regular payments will be withdrawn from the family account.
