Bulk Manual Transactions

To create Bulk Manual Transactions, navigate to the Transactions screen from Billing in the menu.


Once on the Transactions screen, select the + Add Transaction button in the top right hand corner. You will then be presented with a drop down menu, select Bulk Transaction.


On the Add Bulk Transaction screen, enter the Transaction Details. 

  • Enter the Name/Description of the Transaction 
  • Select the transaction type
  • Select the date that you want to apply the transaction
  • Enter the transaction amount
  • Select if the transaction is going to apply to an account or specific children

Check the checkbox on the left of the account/children names you want to apply the bulk transaction to.


Once the transaction details have been entered and the accounts/children selected, select the Review button in the top right hand corner. 


You will be presented with a Transaction Summary. 

Once you have reviewed the Transaction Summary, select the Save button in the top right hand corner to save the bulk manual transaction.
