We have added a feature that allows users to Add a Deposit Amount to an Online Enrolment Enquiry. This will allow for ease of deposit collections for new accounts within your centre. For more information on this new feature, see Adding a Deposit Amount to an Online Enrolment Enquiry. Please note: this feature has not been turned on for all customers, if your business wants to utilise this feature, please contact our Kangarootime Customer Support team to activate this feature.
Fixes
The KT Connect app has been updated to v2.6.0, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. We have added quite a few new features over the last few weeks, including the ability to add and remove contacts to your account via KT Connect, update contact details and permissions, add/update your profile photo and other profile details.
The Point of Care app has been updated to v1.1.39, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. This update includes bug fixes related to child notes, this has been resolved and all child notes are now displaying correctly.
The Kangarootime Kiosk app has been updated to v1.3.9, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The new version includes a few bug fixes to allow for enhanced user experience when checking children in and out.
Previously, when users were ending care and voiding sessions for older dates using End of Care, an error was appearing because we weren't submitting a late withdrawal reason. The system will now submit a late change reason when voiding sessions older than 28 days from the start of the current week.
Improvements
QUEENSLAND KINDERGARTEN ONLY: There are three new Default Transaction Types in Kangarootime. These are only to be used for QLD Kindy for All Kindergarten Funding, and directly align with the base and affordability subsidies available. These include:
- QLD Kindy Base Subsidy
- QLD Kindy FTB Subsidy
- QLD Kindy Plus Subsidy
In regards to Lead to Booking/Online Enrolments, parents will now receive an email update when their application is pending approval by the centre.
The Child Miscellaneous Report can now be generated for future dates, giving you a report that lists the names of children who will be in a select class on a certain date for planning activities etc.
The Unbatched Payments tab badge now displays the total number of unbatched payments regardless of date filtering. This will allow the user to see that there are still new unbatched payments that they may not see in the table due to their current filtering. By default it will show all centres (that the user has access to) new unbatched payments, and will scope to a specific centre when the user selects a centre from the drop down on the unbatched tab. The date range filtering for the transactions table on the unbatched payments tab will now filter based on the APPLIES DATE (previously this was filtering on the Date to Process).
