New Features
The Bulk Check Out feature is here! This feature is accessed from the Times tab of the Attendance screen, and allows you to bulk check out multiple children who are currently checked in for their sessions! This will be great for any OSHC Before School Care classes where you are wanting to check all of the children out of their session at the same time. Please see the Bulk Check Out article for more information and step by step instructions that will guide you when using the Bulk Check Out feature!
Fixes
The Point of Care app has been updated to v1.1.31, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. We have fixed up a few bugs and also added enhanced security to the photo gallery upload feature!
Previously Archived Allergies appeared on the enrolment forms, we are happy to say this has been resolved and any allergies that have been archived will not show on the enrolment form as an option to select!
Speaking of enrolments, we have fixed an issue that was occurring when a requested start date on an enrolment form was in the past. Previously, when creating a contract from an approved waitlist application, if the requested start date was in the past, the enrolment contract was incorrectly using that previous start date. Validation has been added so that when creating a contract, even if the requested start date of an approved waitlist application was in the past, the contract start date will always be the current or future date.
When adding accounts to a new centre, users were sometimes receiving an error 'There was an error adding the centre', even though the account existed at that centre when the browser was refreshed. This was resulting in multiple accounts being created. This error has been resolved, and extra validation has been added to prevent duplicate accounts being created. (Businesses with multiple centres only).
Improvements
The KT Connect push notification delay have been updated to 5 seconds, rather than 5 minutes. Previously, if parents were sent a notification of a message, they would not receive another notification for five minutes, even if another message was sent to them during this time. We have changed the timing to 5 seconds. Based on this change, you should hopefully notice a drop in parents reporting that their 'notifications are not working' for KT Connect!
If you have ever run into trouble claiming IS Cases for past dates, we have helped make that a bit easier for you by showing you up to 12 past weeks of IS Case claims! Previously this was set to show six past weeks.
Indigenous Status has been added as a system option to be used on enrolment forms, this is now available to be added. As this has been added as a system option, if used on the enrolment form it will save the child's Indigenous status on their Child Profile.
