Point of Care - Switching Staff Members on Class POC

This guide will assist you to change the staff member who is logged in to the classroom's device while in the Point of Care App. 


This will be helpful when your service may only have one device per room rather than a device per person. This could potentially occur when a staff member takes a break, leaves the room for programming time or is leaving for the day, and another employee needs to be logged in.

How to change which staff member is logged in to Point of Care

Select the Menu by tapping on the three lines in the top left hand corner of your screen.



A menu will then appear to the left side of the screen, select Change Staff

 


A box will then be displayed in the middle of the screen, displaying staff members who you can switch to. Ensure you have set the switch on the top right hand side of the box to Show All. Select the Staff Member from the list of staff available, then press Select Staff.



The selected staff member can then enter Pin Number in the pop up box and press Enter. The selected staff member has now taken over the device and classroom.
