Fixes
The KT Connect app has been updated to v2.5.7, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. We have fixed an issue so that Additional Contacts only have access to picking up children, and will need to given additional access if they need to see billing, messaging and activities in the KT Connect app. We have also added a download feature to the gallery so that users can now download pictures directly to the photos app on their device!
The Point of Care app has been updated to v1.1.32, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. This update includes major bug fixes related to children with multiple contracts and sessions each day - most notably children attending both BSC and ASC sessions:
- POC now has better handling of children with multiple sessions by creating a child hexagon within the app for each contract session (ie: Jason is in the morning and afternoon sessions - there will be a hexagon for Jason in the morning class and a hexagon for Jason in the afternoon class)
- Users now get an error when attempting to move a child into a class that already contains that child, or when merging a class with another class that already contains that child (ie: Jason's hexagon tile from the morning session class cannot be moved to the afternoon session class)
- Splitting a class containing children with multiple contracts now works.
- Moving a child with multiple sessions only moves the child hexagon that was selected (ie: moving Jason from the AM class to a different class).
- Class merges for classes containing children with multiple sessions now work as expected.
- Check-in/check-out times for children with multiple sessions show the last check-in/check-out time for that child contract session.
- Notes added to a child in any session will now show for that child in all sessions (ie: Jason has a nap note from the AM session, it will also show under view notes for the PM session)
- Rest notes started for children with multiple sessions can only be ended in the session where they were created.
Also included are fixes to the ratio and child counts when POC is synched, ensuring the correct counts are showing.
