Fixes
KT Connect has been updated to v2.5.0, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store for Android and the Apple App Store for iOS. This new version includes an official update regarding Messaging within Kangarootime, and also includes a few bug fixes.
Improvements
The Attendance Weekly Report has had a few updates to make the lives of your educators easier! When you next run this report, you will notice the following updates:
- A child's emergency contact name and phone number is now displayed
- The child's DOB and age are displayed
- The child's session type is displayed - the report now details whether the child's session is a standard session as per their contract, or a casual session. This is done by detailing the fee type used for the session.
- If a child has been marked absent for their session prior to the Attendance weekly report being run, the session will show as Absent.
Complying Written Agreements (CWAs) now have a Bulk Cancel option. This works similarly to the Bulk Send option, in that you can select multiple CWAs to cancel at once. Please see the Managing CWAs (Complying Written Agreements) article for more information.
Note: The CWA feature has not yet been turned on for all businesses. If you would like this turned on for your business, please contact the Kangarootime Customer Support Team and we can get this turned on for you!
