The Excursion Report has been updated. It now shows the first created Primary Contact on an account as the Emergency Contact listed for the child.
The Permissions screen bug has been all fixed up - no longer will you see unnecessarily duplicated permissions on the permissions screen!
Improvements
The Emergency Contact Report now can be filtered by Class.
Note: If you select multiple centres, the Class filter becomes unavailable.
A Class's Default Casual Fee can now be removed! To do this, drop down the menu options in the casual default fee on your selected class, and then select No Casual Fee.
New Features
The Child Miscellaneous Report is a new report that displays various information relating the the children within your centres, including child name, DOB, number of attended days, number of absent days (this is broken down into standard absent days, holiday absent days and additional absent days), and number of casual sessions. This report can be filtered per class to show class birthdays, and also assists with the end of year Kindergarten Transition Reports as it displays total attended days and absent day counts. For more information on this report, please see the Child Miscellaneous Report article.
Complying Written Agreements (CWAs) are now generated and sent in Kangarootime! A CWA will automatically generate for a child if any of the following occurs:
- A fee that is used on a child's current contract is updated to a different amount
- A child has a new contract with added/decreased permanent attendance days

A child has a new contract with a new fee
The CWA is then able to be sent to the parent for acceptance via email! Please see the Managing CWAs (Complying Written Agreements) article for more information.
