Updates
CCS Enrolments
If a child has an existing CWA CCS Enrolment within Kangarootime, you will be unable to create a second one for the same child and the system will display an error message.
ACCS Rate Exceeded
If a child has exceeded their ACCS rate, you will be able to see this in the Attendance screen Subsidy Column under the Finance tab on a child's session.
ACCS Certificates
When an ACCS Certificate's status is Provisional, it will now say Provisional in the Status column rather than Approved.
Outstanding CCS Report
The Outstanding CCS Report now has a default start date added which is the Monday date of the week the financial year starts each year. The date can be changed to meet your reporting purposes.
Chat Bubble
When a side input modal is opened, for example when adding a session, adding a new account, running a report etc., the Chat Bubble will now be behind the side modal. This is to ensure the Chat Bubble does not interrupt your use of the save/generate report button.
New Features
Excursion Report
The Excursion Report is a PDF report detailing each child by class. It features checks when leaving the centre, during the excursion and upon return to the centre. You are able to select the amount of checks needed during the excursion when you run the report. This report can be found on the Reporting screen in Kangarootime.
