Batched Payments Performance
Loading payments to be batched was taking too long. Enhancements have been made to make the screen more efficient.
Enhancements
CCS entitlements History
You are now able to view the history of CCS hour and percentage changes for children at the centre. Go to their account, CCS tab and drop down their entitlements for more information.
Class Start and End Times
In preparation for upcoming work in the Kiosk and Casual bookings, mandatory class start and end times have been added to the Class profiles.
Add Existing Contacts
Now when you are adding contacts to an existing account, you have the ability to link existing contacts from the business.
Direct Debit Column on Billing Accounts
A DD column has been added to the Accounts screen in the Billing area, to help identify accounts that are yet to enable their Direct Debit.
Add a Child's Grade
You can now assign a Grade to children via their Child profile. Depending on the care type you set for your centre, you will be able to view their Grade on the Attendance screen.
Updates to Email Address Report
A contact type column to flag primary and non-primary contacts has been added, as well as an Account status column to flag Active, Inactive or Future family accounts.
End Date Calendar Update
When selecting an End Date calendar now, the month displayed will be the current month rather than the same month as the 'Start Date'.

Edit Contracts Report
This is a pdf report that allows you to view historical changes made to a child's class contract.
