Enhancements


Editing incorrect CRN for Contact or Child

You are now able to edit CRNs on the contact and child profiles.


Monthly Billing cycle option

A monthly billing cycle has now been added to the Billing > Settings > Cycles screen and ready for use.  


On the day you choose to take money from the parents each month, the system will charge the family for the balance + current week and four weeks from the Sunday date of the current week.

eg. Each month, the collection date is 4th
      June the 4th is a Saturday
      Money will be collected for the current balance + sessions during: 30th May, 2022 (Monday of current week)

      and 5th July, 2022 (four weeks from Sunday of current week)


The Billing Cycle document has been updated to include this cycle type.



New Features


Internal Account Notes

You are now able to capture notes against a family account.  For further information, please take a look through: Internal Account Notes


Internal Employee Notes

You are now able to capture notes against employee profiles.  For further information, please take a look through: Internal Employee Notes


Custom Data Fields

Custom data fields have been introduced to capture extra information that you would like saved against the family accounts, their contacts and their children.  The data fields can be set up at a Business level, to work for your processes and then you go directly to the Account, contact or child to add and Save

GL Codes

Kangarootime now offers the ability to assign GL Codes to all transactions for your business and centres.  If you would like to utilise this feature, please contact Support.
