A new icon has been added to the program to allow users to click on it and open the knowledge articles, it is in the top right of the program near the user name.
Billing > Accounts Screen
Additional columns have been added to this screen to allow users to see the billing cycle frequency that is linked to each account as when their next payment date is.
This improvement will allow users to sort the Frequency column to find any active accounts that do not have a billing cycle linked to their account. All accounts should have a billing cycle linked to ensure sessions are billed automatically each cycle.
