Navigating Family Accounts

This article is designed to help you understand what information can be found in Family accounts. 

 

Access the Accounts under the Families Menu

 

 

You will see the list of all of the accounts, by clicking on an account it will open the account profile

 

 

You can the utilise the tabs to see all information for the account

 

  • Profile - Displays the account name and this can be changed, the balance of the account, the children linked to the account.  You can add additional children from this screen.
  • Contacts - This displays the primary and additional contact/s on the account, lets you add primary and additional contacts.
  • Contracts - This screen can be viewed by child by selecting the initial bubbles, under each child their contracts are displayed, and edit/update or create new contracts.
  • CCS - This screen displays the CCS Entitlements, CCS Enrolments and ACCS for each child on the account.  From this screen you can also create CCS Enrolments, Create Certificates, and create determinations.
  • Billing - This screen displays payment methods, transactions, payments, statements and billing cycles for the account.  
  • Agency - This screen displays any programs children on the account are enroled in, such as a QKFS program (Queensland only).
  • Documents - This screen displays any documents that relate to the account such as Conession Cards, Immunisation records etc. Any documents uploaded after an online enrolment form has been completed will be displayed in this tab. 
  • Custom Data Fields - This screen displays the Custom Data Fields questions that were answered and completed in relation to the account. 
  • Internal Notes - Here you can add notes regarding the account. These notes are not seen by the account holders. These notes are then stored in KT and can be viewed whenever they are needed.
